Real Estate Nation Radio was created to educate the public on all topics of real property. Buyers, sellers, investors, and anyone else can tune in and listen for free to learn and share ideas. There are plenty of frauds and schemes designed to target us all in this area. All of us who are associated with the Real Estate Nation Radio mission, consider ourselves "counter-frauds".
Jeff "Agent J" Malan hosts the majority of programming. Agent J started Real Estate Nation Radio in 2005, after exploring some of the "get rich" real estate programs most commonly advertised on late night infomercials. As a practicing Realtor, he found some very scary practices that were not in the best interest of anyone but those who were peddling their schemes. Moreover, the house flipping shows on TV that only showed what would be good programming as opposed to good practices weren't helping.
Real Estate Nation is an effort to get America's real estate market back on track. The sponsors, guests, and staff are committed to promote conservative, honest, and financially healthy practices in real estate ownership and investment.
